Inspection template exporting responses

Hi,

I have created inspection templates within our Dynamics Field Service section but am having some issues with exporting the responses.

I have found that by clicking the option to export to PDF some of the templates export questions which have been excluded from the template by logic. The engineer performing the inspection does not see the question but it appears empty in the report. Is there a fix for this or is there any documentation availble which explains to a novice like me how to create a word template that allows me to export the inspection repsonses along with any work order products that ay have been added to the work order etc?
