PTO Manager for GP2018 - how to install?

Hi,

I have installed GP2018 for a client. I selected Human Resources and the Human Resources and Payroll Suite. When I log into GP I do not see the PTO Manager in the list of modules in the Registration window. Does PTO Manager now require a separate install?

Hello Brigitte,

The PTO manager is part of the Advanced HR/Payroll Suite.

If you go under HR & Payroll > Setup, you should see 'PTO Manager' with options for:

--Accrual Schedules

--Maximum Schedules

--PTO Options

--PTO Setup

If you don't see these, make sure the registration keys you have entered into Dynamics GP 2018 enable the PTO Manager functionality via the Adv HR/Payroll Suite, otherwise you may need to get new keys.

HI Derek - it was a matter of Registration Keys. The client is going to purchase the Extended Human Resource and Payroll module.

Derek,

You may also need to install the "Human Resources and Payroll Suite" from the Dynamics GP installation media if you don't see the menu navigation items.
