Problem while updating Business Unit using SSIS Kingsway Soft v20.2

While I'm trying to make an update of Business Unit entity using an SSIS process with Kingsway Soft v20.2, I get the next message as an error:

"CRM service call returned an error: Cannot complete Request due to timeout taking BUHierarchyUpdateAppLock:Exclusive, lock."


  1. The process tries to update around 300 Business Units.
  2.  I tried to replicate the error in another environment and I don´t have any errors using the same SSIS process.
  3.  The Kingsway Soft is Updating using: 
    • Batch Size = 100
    • 20 threads.
