While I'm trying to make an update of Business Unit entity using an SSIS process with Kingsway Soft v20.2, I get the next message as an error:
"CRM service call returned an error: Cannot complete Request due to timeout taking BUHierarchyUpdateAppLock:Exclusive, lock."
Notes:
- The process tries to update around 300 Business Units.
- I tried to replicate the error in another environment and I don´t have any errors using the same SSIS process.
- The Kingsway Soft is Updating using:
- Batch Size = 100
- 20 threads.
