Hello,
We have one BU using a Case Form.
Only one Parent (and Child hierarchy) Subject within the entire Subject hierarchy is applicable to this BU.
When they open their own specific Case Form is it possible to customise the Subjects displayed so that they only see the relevant hierarchy?
Is it possible to set this via a Business Rule or do all Business Rules only trigger OnSave?
