I’m new to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and I’m testing out the Sales module.
For a Shopify store I’m trying to import the customers, products and orders into Dynamics.
Importing customers worked out and is running, but I’m kind of a bit stuck with importing products and orders. I read and followed instructions in the Get Started and Help-section, and looking for an answer in this forum.
But for now I didn’t manage to import a single product or order.
Extra information:
In the Shopify store there’s no stock to handle or track, so I left SKU blank and Stock Tracing unchecked.
I know it synchronizes only new or changed items.
Can Dynamics synchronize with force the whole history of orders, products and customers? Or do I do this by uploading a csv?
Anyone that can help me pinpointing the problem for importing goods and orders into Dynamics Business Central?
(Settings in the Shopping Card are limited and somehow it doesn't work out)
