AX 2012 Retail synch error : 16386 - File does not exist or it cannot be read

Hello All,

I am facing the above mentioned error while pushing job N-1040.

The site https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj891081.aspx says to recreate the file but i am not getting which file needs to be recreated. Can anyone please help me from this ?
