Hi,
I want to send post project evaluation surveys to the responsible contact associated with a CRM case once the case is complete.
I am thinking of adding new hidden fields to the Case form for the survey responses and using a Click Dimensions form to send out to the contact, they will complete the questions, submit and this will update the new case fields.
Is this the best way to do this?
I have noticed that there is a Forms tile of the Case, could this be of use instead?
