Hell to all
We want delete or stop workflow still ruing but showing this warning
please help me to solve this issue

A clean option to do that is to try and Cancel all the running instances for that workflow. You can do this from the Home -> Inquiries -> Workflow history. In that form filter after the workflow you are interested in and Use the Recall button. Then try to delete the WF.

i recall all pending status but still showing same warning msg
please tell me any status need recall
Hi Mohamed,
If you open the workflow setup form, you can see how many instances are still running. Can you check if this is zero? When you recall the workflows it still needs to process a step to be fully reset. Is the batch processing still active?
