Create view with data from opportunity close entity.

I'd like to create a view or report that has the description field from the opportunity close data in it, but I can't seem to find a way.  PS I'm pretty new to CRM and we are using the hosted solution.

    This won't be possible in a view as there could be multiple Opportunity Close records if re-opened closed opportunities, etc... You could do this if you used a some custom code to pull the data from the opportunity close record onto the actual opportunity record.

    You can however make a report using the wizard to show this data. If you choose Opportunity for the Primary Entity and Opportunity Close Activities (Opportunity) for the related record type, you could then go through and group on an Opportunity field like the Topic, and then show the Opportunity Close Description as one of the columns in the report.

    Thanks very much.  That worked for the most part.  Each opportunity shows up for each time it was closed, which is unfortunate, because the person who needs it will need to pull two reports to have the data "neat" for export to excel.  But this solves the main problem, so thanks very much for that.

    Jason, I am writing an SSRS report using actual close date from Opportunity Close.  Is there a way to only show the latest date?
