During printing of purchase order, click 'use print management destination', then click on print management/ destination, and select file.. enter details/folder/file name and click ok to save the file. change file format to "PDF", it's HTML in screenshot below.

    Or

If you have report printed on screen, you should be able to save that report, there is button on top of the report to help you export that report.

    Thanks,

    Satish Panwar

    Hi Satish,

Sure, I have created a purchase order in the system, I want to save it in PDF and print the copy.

I have followed the below steps:

What is the next step to save PDF? as when you enter OK nothing comes up.

    Regards,

    Anil

    Thanks Anil.

the steps you have shared above is just to setup PDF. This is not the actual printing to PDF. Once you are done, go back to your purchase order and then you can try one of the steps below:

    1. If PO has not been confirmed, click 'confirm purchase order'.. new dialog box come up. on that screen make sure print is marked, then also select use print management destination. Click ok.. in that case the report will get save automatically in PDF based on path you specified above.

    2. If PO has already been confirmed, go to purchase order confirmation. Then on top, click 'use print management' to print and save to PDF directly.

If you have difficultly in following steps above, share screen print for your purchase order confirmation dialog box for above PO.

Do know that you setup the default for a single PO.

    Thanks,

    Satish Panwar
