No screens for users other than Sysadmin

Hello,

Migrating from SL 6.0 to SL 2011sp1.  I have set up a test server and have Solomon installed and a SL 6.0 database upgraded to SL 2011sp1.

If I log in to SL 2011sp1 using the sysadmin account I see the folders (Home, Quick Query, Administration, Financial, etc.).  If open a folder and navigate to a screen everything works as it should.  I can open any screen and view data.

When I connect as any other user it will show "All Modules" in the folder section and then will show all modules in the left pane.  Clicking on a module will not result in the screen appearing in the right pane.  All of the user access rights appear to be correct...I have run the access rights report.

I created a new user and it has the same result of showing no screens (nothing ever appears in the right pane).

We are using SQL server authentication

I have updated all CSVs.

It sounds like you'll want to add your users to the EVERYONE group.  The EVERYONE group is not a rights-allocating group.  The only function of the EVERYONE group is to structure the menu for users according to their access rights.  For instance, if a user has access rights to AP and AR only, if they are a member of the EVERYONE group, their menu will ONLY show AP and AR.  If they are not in the EVERYONE group, they will only see “Home” and “All Modules”.
