Amount tendered and ExchRate fileds not updated in AX 2012 Retail

Hi All,

I have issue regarding ax 2012 R2 cu7 retail.

Generally in  POS register after tender declaration it will inserts records into "RETAIL TRANSACTION TENDER DECLARATION TRANS"

AmountCur,AmountMST,AmountTendered, ExchRate and ExchRateMST these are important fields during Statement calculation.

After tender declaration in POS register 1. AMountTendered  2. ExchRate fileds in RETAIL TRANSACTION TENDER DECLARATION TRANS" inserting Zero values.

Due to this during statement calculation "Counted" and Difference Amount:" showing wrong values.

How i will debug this.

Any suggestion please.
