Hello People!
We have enabled the "Sharepoint Integration" to DynamIcs 365: Settings/Document Management/Document Management Setting.
The entities checked were: Account, Case, Contact, and others.
The entity for the folder structure: "Contact".
But when the user saves the files in a case, these files are not saved under the "based Contact Entity", instead the file is saved under the "entity where the user uploads it
Example:
1-Contact Folder
--1-1-Name of the Contact Created (Folder)_GUID
2-Case Folder
---2-1-Name of the Case created (Folder)_GUID
When the "Based Entity is Account, the result is correct, but not with "Contact" Entity.
We expect:
1-Contact Folder
--1-1-Name of the Contact Created (Folder)_GUID
----1-1-1-Case Folder
----------1-1-1-1-Name of the Case Created (Folder)_GUID
