Hi everyone,

I my present project I am getting an error again and again when I try to post an invoice for Purchase order.

Voucher Test-14065 is already used as of date 05-09-2017.

 

Does anyone has any idea???

    this Voucher used before and You need to maintain number sequence or create a new  number sequence

    Hi RS,

    Please check the voucher number series that is used for posting purchase order invoices and delete any pending numbers in the history tab.

    From your voucher 'test...' I assume that you are operating in a test Environment where you are can also allow duplicate voucher number by changing the respective AP/GL parameters. (Note: this should not be done in a live Environment).

    Check the number sequence of that voucher and also check the status list of that number sequence. You will find under that number sequence options.

    Hi RS,

    Could you please check the status list of that number sequence and delete from the status list if the voucher is already  used and create new one.
