Hi All,
Just upgrade to the latest version of Dyn 365 2.1 from CRM 2016 SP1. First thing which I noticed are in Dyn 365 2.1 are Subgrid View Column & Form Header Alignment Issue.
I've also seen wrong field alignment in some of the Field Service Entity Fields as well.
Anyone facing similar or other issues ?

Ammar, personally I would recommend to upgrade first to avail bug fixes and new features, plus its good to be in the latest version to avoid future upgrade issues. You might already know on-prem solution versions are at least a year older compared to online. In addition, there is a high probability that MS support would recommend the upgrade path to resolve this issue.

Upgrade the solution or contact Ms Support.
Use the below link to download the available latest versions for D365 CRM on-premise v8.2. They have released an update last month, latest is 8.2.7.13. Optionally see if you can upgrade to v9 interface. Let me know how it goes.
