Hello JuniorAx,

You would have to append your domain name to https://sts.windows.net/.

Let's assume your email is juniorax@outlook.com, in the provider field, you should have sts.windows.net/outlook.com

Hi Junior AX,

Before adding your user in Dynamics 365, the personal account should be setup in Azure AD as guest user. You can read my blog about adding external users. It also has a section for personal accounts. How to correctly setup external or guest users in Dynamics 365 F&O - Dynamicspedia
