Hi All
I have one scenario i have one custom button in lead screen i need to hide this button from the set of user.
can any one explain me how i can achieve this task.

Hi Jyotsana - II guess you will have to write an enable/disable rule for this. It would be a custom action which would return true/false based on your requirement and show/hide the button. Now, that criteria for the users could be same role they are having or if they belong to a particular Team or BU. You could also check for privilege rule if all of those users are lacking any particular privilege and could be used to achieve what you need. If you simply need to hide it from all users, you could do it directly by modifying the ribbon button xml or via the Ribbon workbench tool.
