Hello,
I can't share a dashboard for my user or with other users.
When I push "Share Dashboard", the following error happens: "You do not have Share Permissions to any of the récords you have selected. Therefore, you cannot share the selected records".
If you push "Assign", there are two options "Assing to me" or "Assign to another user o team". In this case, the error is shown "Access is denied. You do not have enough privileges to Access the Microsoft CRM objetc or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator"
Mi role is "System Administrator", I've even tried other roles but it doesn't work.
Do you have any idea how can I fix it?
And another question, how can I know who created a dashboard? Maybe, only this person can add other users, right?
