It's not posible to share Dashboard (role: System Administrator)

Hello,

I can't share a dashboard for my user or with other users.

When I push "Share Dashboard", the following error happens: "You do not have Share Permissions to any of the récords you have selected. Therefore, you cannot share the selected records".

If you push "Assign", there are two options "Assing to me" or "Assign to another user o team". In this case, the error is shown "Access is denied. You do not have enough privileges to Access the Microsoft CRM objetc or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator"

Mi role is "System Administrator", I've even tried other roles but it doesn't work.

Do you have any idea how can I fix it?

And another question, how can I know who created a dashboard? Maybe, only this person can add other users, right?

This is not the behavior expected by the system, if the problem has not been resolved, please open a support incident with Microsoft.

Hi,

Is this happening for all dashboard?

Have you tried sharing OOB dashboard and see if error is coming.

As Raj mentioned above, check if any of the view is used in dashboard is personal view which you will not have access even though you have system admin role.

Check the dashboard whether the view used to configure the dashboard is a personal view?
