Import Portal Source - error: Crm Service is not ready

Hi friends,

I am trying to Import Portal Source to local and getting following error. Unable to identify issue. Is there anyone can help on this please.

Import-CrmPackage : Crm Service is not ready.
At C:\MicrosoftDynamics365\Portals\PackageDeployerPackages\ImportPackage.ps1:34 char:1

Hi,

All portal solutions will be auto created when you configure portal add on.

Portal solutions are also managed, hence you can't export portal solutions.
