How do I get a listing of which users (user groups) have access to what functions. e.g. How can I see who has access to the GL?

How do I get a listing of which users (user groups) have access to what functions.  e.g.  How can I see who has access to the GL?  Great Plains shows users - Role  and functions the Role has.  I need something from AX and the internal support  anaylyst is saying it is not available.  So please hlep

    Have you tried the reports (in AX 2009):

    Administration > Reports > Sequirity

    Thank you - I passed the info on to the busienss analyst since I don't have access to AX.  So we'll see how that goes and if I get what I need.

    Hi Morab,

    In the AX, you can print the permission list for user ou user group. You will have to access the border Permission of the user ou user group and to press the icon of print (Ctrl+P).
