Auto suggest approvers isnt working

Hi,
I enabled the "Auto Suggest Approvers" option. It was working in the previous version, but now I'm trying to figure out why it isn't working in ExFlow anymore.
Are there any settings in the following parameters that might be overwriting the "Auto Suggest Approvers" option?

I assume you mean a new version of Exflow and not F&O.
I don't have access to SignUp's support portal anymore, but have you checked if they have a KB for this?
