I am looking for the most compatible integrated sms marketing platform for Dynamic 365. I want to automate my received response reply so I am looking for solutions for that. so if anyone has better ideas on how to do that or which type of platform is most compatible with that you can suggest me.

You also need to consider other aspects, such as: whether your region is supported, pricing issues, and SMS capacity, etc.
Some products focus only on outbound marketing, but real-time marketing will have more use scenarios in the future.
If you have a greater need for SMS business, you can also take a look at Infobip.

Actually, I have already looked at textsync and also its alternative solutions like slicktext, textemalll, textdrip, eztexting, etc. but those all are API-based integration and their scalability limit is 5000 SMS capacity, and some of those only operated within the US I want global solutions with the minimum capacity to send SMS 10000 and more. If you have any suggestions for that please let me know I will appreciate it.
