How to use Price Override for Call Center Sales Order (Customer Services) in AX 7 with May Update

Within AX 7 we want to have price overwrite prompt similar to POS/Retail; presented when a user tries to manipulate the price of a line item. 

Tried exploring some configurations for price overwrite relating; where for Call center setup "Price control" and on Product setup "Allow Price Adjust" was set to “YES” along with a few other changes. 

 

I was able to generate a Pop Up screen when I change the Unit price for a line item but was unable to load Price Override Info Code / Subcode. (Screen1)

 

As an alternate approach when I had personalized the sales order form two fields were available for addition “Info Code” & “Price Override”. 

I can select an info code manually but when I try to save the sales order or complete it by making payment, it disappears and also cannot mark the check box for price override.  

Please do share the configuration details and navigations on how to enable this functionality in AX7 for Call Center agents.

    The AX product group has removed this feature when the UI changed to a web browser UI in AX7.
