Unable to create Personalized Dashboards

Hello,

We have D365 version 9.0 on premise installed on the server. We have created a unified interface app and observed that we unable to create any personalized dashboards.

Any help would be much appreciated !!!

    Hi Sachin,

    The version of the Unified Interface that is available on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premise) v9.0 is very limited compared to online.
    One of the limitations is that Personal Dashboards cannot be created from Unified Interface.

    Is there a particular reason why you want to use Unified Interface on-premise?
    There isn't much you can do, appart from migrating online or waiting for a potential future version of on-premise.
