RMS issue (check stores )

hi all i need help please my Que is 

when they go to check their inventory from one store to another, they get an error when click on check stores button  on POS saying "Attempts to contact HQ failed"...

    Hi Bassemsuhail ,

    You will just need to define your HQ Server

    Hi - you may want to call our tech support line if you have already checked for network connectivity issues, firewall issues, communication issues, and that the POS and HQ computers are up and running: 1-888-267-7483
