Hi,
I was trying to change item prices using the worksheet 304 but I noticed that it does not change all the prices. I tried to select 2 items, one for which the price would change and the other does not.
The HQ client would show that 2 items have been updated but only the price of one changes. The other is unaffected.
Does anyone here know what might be the issue and let me know what to do?

Have you tried this woksheet to other store you have? So you can check and isolate why does the other sku doesnt change the price?
If ever you have only 1 store to update, try to seperate both items so you an check if it is possible that theres an error regarding both run.
Or have you looked on your items directly on your HQ Manager that you successfully change the price of that item? Maybe you closed it without saving the new price or accidentally overlooked that you might have changed it already.
Have you try to run the worksheet again?
The only error we got so far was adding a new Supplier and do a worksheet 206. But what weve noticed was supplier haven been update on our store. So we decided to delete it again on our HQ Manager and created again and connect again our HQ Client and the store got the update. But recently this step doesnt work anymore. Our store can get the new supplier again.
