    Hi Tamir,

Based on my understanding you have to change the Search criteria here because I don't think we can increase the limited number of the Characters because this is where we need modification directly at the SQL database (which is not supported ) . However, please see if anyone else has any other suggestions or solution that might help

    Thanks,

    Hi Mohammad,

thank you for your replay. i'm looking for the text field name under customization within the crm so i can modify it. if this option is not available would you know where is the option for modifacation in the SQL database.

    thanks again!

These type of restrictions are usually defined on the Column length of the database or the type  of keys and constraints defined on those column, and direct modification is not supported way to fix this issue

thanks again, I have an access to the SQL server I just can't find the field or the column where the field where I put the values in(the string with the country names) is located in the DB so I can increase its' maximum length.

After giving max character length into the field wen you click on save , you will get a SQL exception, if you turn on the SQL Profiler before that you will know which query is getting triggered and ten you can look for that specific table and column

    Thanks,
