How can I make sub-menus/sections in Business Central default to the expanded view instead of being collapsed?

    Hi, If you mean Navigation Bar, you can try the following operation.

    If you are referring to the actions below, as far as I know it cannot be done so far.

    We can only pin the Action Bar.

    If you find the actions hard to find, you can use the Personalization function to move your frequently used actions.

    Hello there,

    thank you for replying back I actually looking for the menus in the items and customers tables to always show the content as a default instead of being collapsed every time I open them.

    Appreciate any insights!

    Did you try Pin button as Zhu mentioned? It will always be expanded for you always.
