Can anyone explain me why the state field is missing in address page in Business central Mexico version. If it is system default, where to enter the state value in Business central.

When you change the 'Country/Region' field value, the system automatically changes the name of the state field. For example, if in a customer card (or anywhere else in the system where you have an address fasttab) the country/region is US, the state field has the caption of Province/State

If the country/region is mexico, the state field caption is 'county,' so you have to use the county field. These captions can be changed in the Countries/Region Page by modifying the 'County' field.
