Hello, I just wanted to report that the Global State of Customer Service Report PDF link in here: https://info.microsoft.com/ww-thankyou-global-state-of-customer-service.html?lcid=en has a broken link.
It was a blog post from Nov 2019. I have been trying hard to find someone who can fix this for over a month now and was unable to. Please help in fixing it.

Hi Leah, I have done that a few weeks ago, got no luck. I've also asked 2 of my colleagues as well to submit ticket, they've done it within a gap of 3-4 days of each other. Still no luck.
