Update users from Micrsoft 365

Hi,

When we have a new user setup, license assigned and then click on 'Update users from Microsoft 365', the view changes screen shows there are 4 changes to be applied but when clicking on 'Finish', it says 0 out of 4 updates have been applied in Business Central.

What could cause this to happen?
