On Hand inventory displaying Issue

Hello,

I have an issue when i try to see my on-hand inventory for items.

Items are tracking by batch. I produce one batch (000051) and deliver it to the Customer.

But my batch is still present in my on hand form as you can see on this Screenshot :

Dimensions Setup is :

I tried to set "Quantity <> 0" to no but same result.

Any ideas to hide this blank line?

Or explanation about how does it work?

    Hi Jonnix,

    This is a standard bahavior in the system. Why do you want to hide the line in the form? It is a list of items with different storage dimensions. You can also check detailed transactions and do other adjustments through specific item line, although the quantity of this dimension is 0.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I want to hide this line because after a lot of time i will see many blank line in the form (one per batch if i understand).

    And it's not easy to see what is really physically on-hand with this lines.

    Is there a way in the system to see only what is on stock or on order without the delivered batches?

    Hi Jonnix,

    Please check if this item has been financially settled(the financial date in tranaction details form is filled). If you have made financial settlements and still see these dimensions in on-hand list form, please recalculate inventory for this item in inventory closing.

    not on all but columns in on hand allows to add in quick filter and suggest

    Thanks, i will use this but i don't understand the "Quantity <> 0" filter in the dimensions pane...
