Please i would like to know the meaning of the country code W1 in the nav licence file.

Its World Wide version without country specific localizations.
on top of W1 database localizations are built.

Sorry for my ignorance . But is there a relationship between the W1 localization and the licence permission.
You need to buy the country specific license to use localization
W1 is no localisation at all. W1 version only contains the base nav objects.
each license covers a defined set of nav objects. if you are not sure, wether your license fits the used nav version best contact your nav partner for assistance.
