Hi,

getting following error while login to MPOS.

In the vent viewer,

temporary fix: next attempt of  login after close and open of mpos issue is fixed.

what is the root cause and is there anyway we can avoid causing of this issue? any help greatly appreciated

    Did you try to restart MPOS and check the internet and try once again?
