CRM 3.0 Bunch of problems - help!!

Hello,

I am encountering a problem with CRM 3.0 which is being able to access some parts like the Calendar or some parts of the settings, or for example seeing contracts in their view but not being able to access them individually (Access Denied). I cannot access anything else (Unexpected Error). I am using a System Administrator account.

This happened after a co-worker of mine did the following, in his words:

"The last activity we make is removing the CRM connector from Exchange server and reinstall it then make restart to Exchange server.

For CRM server we don’t modify the Server configuration and also the SQL  as all our work was on exchange server."

So basically what he has done is to uninstall the CRM connector and everything went downhill from there. The organization along with its license and users were not showing in the deployment manager, and they could not access the system altogether. What I found in the MSCRM database was a very corrupt OrganizationBase table, practically none of the IDs were right, also the sysjobs table had missing entries which I fixed. As I said, with all the IDs fixes (I had to retreive the Active Directory groups GUIDs, convert them to the proper format, and insert them in the OrganizationBase table before anything worked) some things are working, but others are not. I also checked the IDs for security roles, business units, and users inside the DB and they seem to be correct, as well as adding the AD groups as Database users and gave them access on both the MSCRM and the metadata databases.

Any Idea what could still be wrong?

Thank you

    Hi

Any chanceyou can revert to a backup as it seems you have a number of corrupt issues here, there is no reason why the connector would do this as I have uninstalled this and reinstalled a number of times on different projects.

This really looks like a database corruption.
