Dynamics 365 License limits

Hello
The license information table has 2 fields only the line number and a text.

In the export file , I have this information about the limit  number per license type that I need to use in my report

as an alert milestone. How can I retreive the information fields in yellow  to use them in dynamic check up on count user vs  limit?
