I am the Admin for my company's Dynamics CRM. When viewing today's Leads - I found Leads that were created by "SYSTEM."
The subject heading for each is an email subject line.
I haven't set up any Users with auto-generation of leads from their emails.
Has anyone else experienced this type of auto-generation of leads?

Hi Kathy, do you happen to have any workflows or plugins running? I can't think of anything out-of-box that would be doing this. Perhaps one of your users was able to set up a workflow? Doubtful a plugin snuck by without you knowing. Good luck, will let you know if I find anything.
