Hi All,

I have an requirement that we have different roles among the users. (ex: Finance User and Initiator.) now I need to show some fields in forms based on roles. My challenge is when one user have both the roles how can I differentiate among roles or how can I hide fields from forms.

There is an possibility of One person having two roles.

How can I achieve this? Please suggest me..

Are you referring to the role center or the permissions being two different roles? I'll assume permissions..

I would recommend creating a new permission set for exactly what you need the 'hybrid' position to do. That was it is one new role, not a combining of two.

After that you can use the Design feature or an extension to make the field changes you need.
