Hello,
 
I am trying to setup a dimension combination that if you select dimension A, it will automatically populate dimension B.
As an example, if dimension A is a location such as Arizona, then dimension B would autofill as Phoenix.
Is this possible to create? I have tried using dimension combinations and blocking all options except one in the matrix and requiring the dimensions be input, but it just leaves it blank.
 
Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Is this for a sales invoice in the header?  You can set default dimensions on the customer card that would auto populate.

    Hi, unfortunately, the Dimension Combinations function in BC is not what you mentioned, selecting A will automatically populate B, but a function similar to dimension limitation control. If you select A, you can not select B.
    Field Description
    No limitation This dimension combination has no restrictions. All dimensions values are allowed.
    Limited This dimension combination has restrictions depending on which dimension values that you enter. You must define the limitations on the Dimension Value Combination page.
    Blocked This dimension combination is not allowed.

    Thank you all for replying. Any ideas if there is a way to auto-populate, perhaps doing a PA workflow? This might be a good suggestion for MS as a new dimension feature. Sure would save people from going through and blocking all options except for one and still having to populate it on the transaction.
