Is there away to setup a promotional campaign to our customers without using contacts.

Some of our customers might have 3 businesses but we only have the owner as the contact but need to target the managers at the separate businesses.

It is all about the contact - person to person. You need to know the manager to "target" them so they need to be in the system. You could create campaigns for each business and remove "who" you are contacting, but then you could not distribute call lists etc. However any "mail" could be generic, but ultimately how are you getting the manager info without it being there to target? The answer in reality is no if you want the manager because you do not have the information, but you could target the company and manually add a "manager" line to communication and suppress the owner info.
