Error while activating a Routing Rule Set

We have a CRM 2016 SP1 implementation. I am trying to activate a Routing Rule Set but getting the error below. Any idea guys please? Thanks!

    Each time we active a Routing Rule, the system create s “fake” WF in a background:

    Solution:

    We deleted this WF by mistake using advanced find, and when we tried to activate the Routing Rule again, and since the reference was to a WF that no longer exists, we got an error.

    The solution was to clean the reference and activate the Routing Rule again

    I am also facing the same issue, While exporting the default solution getting error message as " Workflow=(GUID) doesn't exist "

    Got  this error  message when I tried to delete a routing rule set

    Walloud what do you mean by "clean the reference"? I am experiencing the same issue and unable to delete or activate the routing rule.

    ss_tls query the routingRules sql table and look for your routing rule set record, see the workflowId column. Then use that workflowId to see if the workflow record exists in the Worklow table.

    I faced this 2 days back, what i did was going to SQL (i know its un supported but its a bug of CRM) Query routingrule the specific one had workflow ID still there.

    Updated the workfow ID to null and good to go. Activate

    PS: I had some simple steps which MS marked as error so i deleted and recreated them
