Lookup field isn't showing existing active records...

Hello,

I have entity A, and on this entity I have created a lookup field to entity B. I have imported records into Entity B and I can see over 60 active records listed. However, when I am on entity A and look at the lookup field that is pointing to Entity B, it doesn't show me any records. What am I missing?

Are you using the new Unified Interface, are you just clicking in the Lookup field? If so hit enter or click the magnifying glass instead, clicking in the lookup field will by default show recently used.

Hi partner,

Open the form editor and open the lookup field properties, check if Only show records where: is enabled.

If so, disable it.

Hi partner,

The lookup field has the view selector, so please change the view of the lookup field to all entities B.

Taking the Account lookup field on the Contact form as an example, we click Change View to select the All Accounts view. Then we can see all the accounts.
