user/workstation unable to log out of GP

We have a workstation that can not log out of GP - the system hangs each time, we have to ctrl-alt-del and then the user gets locked out at the SQL level. Any suggestions are appreciated. The user can successfully log into other workstations, so I feel it is an issue with that particular workstation. It is a windows 7 machine;

Hi Sally,

What do you mean the user gets locked out a the SQL level? Have you tried creating a Dexsql.log and see if there is an error during closing out of GP?

Are there any third party products or dlls in the addins folder on this computer that do not exist on other workstations? You could try copying the entire program folder from a working computer and putting it over this one if all products are the same.
