    Hi Leah,

Are you aware of a supported method for latest versions (Wave 2 - 2022) of the Workspace app - would like to force refresh of home tab as users find after they resolve cases in the grid, that they are still available for selection in Active cases view on the dashboard. I know they can manually refresh but automation would be nice.

Seems to be true of the new refreshed version with tabs at top too.

    Thanks

pretty sure that DOM expression in the settimeout is unsupported.

    Hi Ravijaala,

After add html that Pankaj provided, you can make dashboard refresh automatically.

1.Go settings > customizations > customize the system > web resource to add the html.

2.Go settings > customizations > customize the system > Dashboard.

    3.Test.

For testing, I check ‘Visible by default’, it work successfully.

So when you use it, you can uncheck it for the aesthetics of the interface.

And you can set time with you need in Code.

The setTimeout() method calls a function or evaluates an expression after a specified number of milliseconds.(Tip: 1000 ms = 1 second.)

    Hi Ravi,

I think you can add html web resource with the settimeout function. You have to make the Visible By Default as unchecked.
