Hi all!
I hope you can help me with a challenge I face that makes the scoring model unusable in my case.
I made a scoring model that will add or retract points based on interactions like email opens, click on a link in an email, form submission, job title, email address opted out, etc. It perfectly add or retracts the points that I set up in the model, however, when a lead is inactive, it will not automatically take these points off.
I want a lead to become a Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) when he receives 100 points that he cumulated within a time period of 2 months. After those 2 months, I want those points to be deleted, so he will only become an MQL if he reaches the threshold within those 2 months. The problem is that I can't delete those points because the scoring model is missing a dynamic date option. I would like to have the option 'Is before last 60 days' instead of a static date (see screenshots).
Do you know of any workaround to still be able to delete the exact number of points that have been received in the period of 60 days before today?
I really hope Microsoft can add this option, since it is already working wit 'Is before' and timeframes that automatically shift with the current date.
Thank you in advance!
