How do I add all my active contacts into a subscription list?

Hi James,
You can add all your active contacts by clicking on Add
After saving the subscription list, you can use the Members to view, edit, or remove contacts for the list.
However, Microsoft advises to allow your contacts to manage their own subscriptions using a subscription center.
