I hope you can help me with a question regarding lead creation from event registration forms.
I’ve configured the event form to create leads upon submission, and it’s working to some extent. However, only the name and email fields are being transferred to the created lead. Other information like company and phone number isn’t included.
1. How can I ensure that all relevant data—such as company and phone number—is mapped correctly to the lead?
2. Is it possible to configure the event registration to only create leads and not contacts?
3. Is it correct that the leads created through the event sign up does not respect the lead matching rules?
