we want to use the time registration function in the OC menu. We have enabled this function in the production line list. However, when we create new production orders and then go to the OC menu, we cannot use the time registration feature.
In the past, we were able to use time registration, as we saw the screen below. We cannot figure out how to use this function again. Can someone help me?
I can't relate the OC menu to any standard menu in the BC.
It could be your extensions to standard functionality.
I am also not familiar with the pages of your forwarded screenshots.
However, on your first picture, I can see that you do not have any data in that view that you can use for your selection. It could be that you have system filters on that page. You can check filters on the page by clicking Ctrl + Alt + F1 and clicking on the Page Filters. There will be listed all filters that you have added on the related page.
Also, try to find the data, that you want to use in that function, in their initial pages/tables. Does that time registration exist?
