How to find out why an email is stuck in state draft and fix it

My case is : I have a job that creates and send Emails, after my last run the job created many mails that were sent with no problems, but a group of mails wasn't send and stayed in draft state for no reason, all the mails connected to the same user ( the sender) , the user is approved to send emails by crm. 

What can be the reason to this situation ?

what can stop the mail from state changing and stuck in the same state?

how can I check this issue?

    As you said, A group of email not send. Please open draft email and check if there is any warning or message.

    Are you using CRM online or on Premise. If on premise then check event viewer as well.

    Hey Rocker I'm working on-Premise, I openend the draft email it looks fine with no errors... another thing: the emails weren't send for a specific user, but the user has a premission to send mails by CRM. What do you think ?

    Hi sahara,

    Please check email address in from and to fields are valid mail addresses. Also make sure the person in "from" field has mailbox configured correctly.

    I know this article has been created couple years ago but the way I manage untracked emails is that I have added CRMLinkState and Regarding columns to my Outlook and if CRMLinkState is other than 2, I need to re-track it. You can build conditional formatting around those fields and have them colour coded.
