Changing the date format on the form

Hello to all.

On the contact form is the Date of Birth field and this is displayed in dd/mm/yyyy format; 21/01/1990.

I need to get this changed to show yy MMM yyyy or 21 Jan 1990.

I haven't had any luck with answers on the internet and was wondering if someone has an answer to what seems like quite a simple solution.

    you can defined the datetime format in user personal setting.

    And also use tool to set all user's datetime format

    Hi,

    You could change the format for your user using the perosnal option as mentioned above by Alex. You could also change the format system wide by Settings >> Administration >> System Setting >> Format

    You could choose from various available options, the one you need to set is English (US). That should work.
